Our sweet potato production comes from a grower based out of North Carolina. This experienced grower provides Pioneer with year-round product to best serve our customers needs.  Covington variety sweet potatoes are grown only in the great state of North Carolina. Covington sweet potatoes are an excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin C, iron, calcium, and fiber.
